Refund policy
Dandi Label will only provide refunds or exchange if the items are:
- Defective Upon Receiving.
- Wrongly Received Products.
Our goods will be inspected and quality assured before being shipped.
However, if you have received a wrong or defective product, please e-mail us at heydandi.co@gmail.com with clear front and back view of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
As our products are pre-ordered, refunds and exchange will depend on the availability of the product. If stocks are unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
Note*:
- Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with tag.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition that it was received in (unscented, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or any alterations to the original design).
- Shipping fee and return shipping is non-refundable.
The following are not considered as defects, and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- For printed merchandise, print placements will defer from piece to piece due to fabric placements.
- Slight size difference or measurement among tees.
- Colour discrepancy due to lighting and other inevitable limitations in photography and displays.
- Ordered wrong size or item does not fit well.
- Items bought on sale, discount, or using vouchers.
The following are some examples* that are considered as defects, and eligible for return or exchange:
- Any type of stain found on tee upon reception.
- Hole found on tee.
- Tears, rips, etc.

Dandi Label reserves the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges accordingly.
Dandi Label reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
